Structure of hydraulic packer:
 
Waste paper packer is a mechanical and electrical integration product, mainly composed of mechanical system, control system, feeding system and power system. The whole packing process is composed of auxiliary time such as pressing, returning, carrying, transferring, ascending, descending and receiving.
 
 
The wire frame of hydraulic baler is composed of four sets of wire devices installed on a frame. The whole wire frame is suspended on a central axis of the pressing frame, and moves horizontally relative to the pressing frame under the action of hydraulic motor. The clamping frame is a welded component with wheels at the bottom, which can move horizontally along the main slide rail under the push of hydraulic cylinder. The upper and lower beams can be driven vertically by two bolts on the lower platform.
 
The structure of the clamping frame is basically similar to that of the clamping frame, but four packing heads and one set of wire feeding device are arranged on it. The packing heads of the hydraulic waste paper packer (4 in total) are the components of the whole equipment with complex structure and more action interlocking. The packing heads of each hydraulic waste paper packer have the same structure and can be interchanged. There are 4 sets of wire feeding devices, each set corresponds to a packing head, and each set includes a packing line conveying device and a packing line reverse tension device. The main rail seat of waste paper hydraulic baler is mainly composed of two wear-resistant rails on the surface. The wheel of the hold down frame is guided to run along the outer side of the two rails, and the hydraulic cylinder driving the running of the clamping frame is arranged among them. Working process of hydraulic packer:
 
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the appearance of the equipment is abnormal, whether there are potential safety hazards around, and whether the iron wire or plastic rope is sufficient. After confirming that it is normal, turn on the main air switch of the distribution box, release the pop-up emergency stop button, and the power indicator light of the electric control box is on.
 
2. Turn the remote local gear selection switch to the remote control gear.
 
3. Put the magnetic switch on the remote control into the card slot, press the system start button on the remote control twice, stop the warning equipment after the siren rings for 10 seconds, and the red alarm light is always on.
 
4. Press the start button of the conveyor belt on the remote control, the conveyor belt will run, push the paper sheet or other materials into the material mouth, and the conveyor belt will bring the material into the packing inlet.
 
5. When the paper sheet or other materials reach the position, press the compression button on the remote control, the red alarm light will flash, and the indenter will automatically retreat and stop after pressing in place (if the indenter moves to a certain position after the compression starts, it will not stop and will return automatically after tens of seconds, and the alarm will alarm at the frequency of 1 second when returning, At this time, the automatic arm type point press the remote control to loosen the arm holding, and then start the compression until it is normal and no alarm is given. For the manual arm type, press both sides of the arm with a jack, rotate the screws on both sides at equal distance, and then start compression until the alarm is normal).
 
6. Repeat operation 4 until the required packing length is reached, press and hold the bundling button on the remote control for 2 seconds, and then the equipment will start automatically. When the pressure head advances to the bundling position ahead, the machine will stop. When it is in place, the alarm siren will give an alarm at a frequency of 3 seconds.
 
7. Press the threading button on the remote control, and the threading machine will automatically thread in the iron wire or plastic rope, and the threading machine will automatically return to the original position.
 
Cut the string or tie it.
 
9. Repeat the above 4-8 procedures. The bags at the outlet will be pushed out one by one, and the finished packages will be moved to the proper place by holding truck or forklift truck.
 
10. After the work is finished, press the system stop button of the remote control, take down the magnetic switch, press the emergency stop switch of the electric cabinet, and turn off the main power supply.
